We are looking for a Fundraising Executive to assist in fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships for the Home. This position will report to the Assistant Manager of Fundraising and Volunteer Management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Process donation and fundraising project requests by external parties
- Manage fundraising micro-site and donation platforms such as Giving.sg
- Build and strengthen relations with existing portfolio of donors and volunteers, as well as reach out to prospective donors and corporate partners
- Other administrative duties such as maintaining stakeholders database, facilities naming records, process grants applications, and prepare reports for regular management updates
- Provide secretariat support during projects/ committee meetings
- Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma with at least three years of relevant experience in fundraising or events management
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple timelines effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, while being a strong team player
- Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Willingness to work on some weekends, after office hours, and public holidays to support organisational events
