Job Summary
Join our fund operations team to support investor onboarding, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with administrative tasks in a fund management business.
Responsibilities
- Support AML/KYC documentation processes for investors and counterparties to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage investor onboarding activities, including processing subscription, drawdown, and redemption documents accurately
- Maintain and update fund and investor records to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Respond promptly to client enquiries regarding fund documentation and administrative matters to provide clear information
- Coordinate and liaise with fund administrators, finance teams, and external auditors to facilitate smooth operations
- Organize and maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support team decision-making and communication
- Support the coordination of meetings, including preparation of board papers and minutes to ensure effective governance
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the fund operations team to enhance workflow efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail when handling large volumes of documentation
- Good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
