Job Description:
. Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple funds and corporate entities, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, applying strong accounting fundamentals.
. Accurately process and record daily trades across multiple financial instruments, ensuring correct accounting treatment under IFRS standards.
. Prepare and review financial statements for funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
. Assist in the consolidation of corporate budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
. Support tax filings, statutory reporting, and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data for reporting purposes. Experience in fund accounting or investment management systems is preferred.
. Undertake additional finance and operational tasks assigned by management to support fund accounting and corporate finance functions.
Job Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting with relevant experience in asset/fund management companies.
. Proficient in accounting for various financial instruments, preparing financial statements, and supporting statutory and tax compliance.
. Strong analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.
. Familiarity with VBA/macro or any programming language preferred.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to prepare professional reports in Chinese.
. High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
