Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in delivering data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, manage change requests, and support project delivery. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Data Profiling, and Data Validation, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Perform impact assessments and support change requests.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and functional specifications.
• Drive project discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in Data-related projects.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Data Profiling, Data Validation, Data Mapping, and Data Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Relational Databases.
• Advanced MS Excel, Excel Macros, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with JIRA and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Change Management and Project Management exposure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Banking or Financial Services project experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
