Business Analyst

Job Summary

• We are looking for a candidate with experience in the private banking or wealth management domain, and knowledge of Know Your Client (KYC), client onboarding, CRM, and document / account management, etc.
• Key features of the role and responsibilities include business analysis, requirements gathering, stake holder management, project management and change management. The Business Analyst works closely aligned with the Product Owner / Business stake holders / Scrum Master or IT Project Leads and Developers to deliver projects end-to-end.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking and other like Wealth management /Banking / Asset management
• Through understanding of private banking value chain with special focus on KYC and client onboarding related processes; key focus is on business understanding
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
• Good understanding of document management and data analysis
• Hands experience of User acceptance testing management
• Good understanding of Project management, Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Doxter and CRM application will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of private banking business; to speak and understand technical and business language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• to analyse, prioritize, and resolve issues with a proficiency in taking decisions during challenging times
• Stakeholder management skills

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Business Analyst (BA)

• Lead requirements gathering phase and deliver signed off Features and user stories
• Support preparation of business case and project planning
• Ensure all deliverables available in signed off Features/EPIC are converted in respective user stories / Functional Document which can be understood by technical teams
• Ensure that all required deliverables are provided on-time and on-quality, in case of delay do timely escalations
• Issue regular & accurate status reports and institute progress meetings to keep stakeholders informed
• Change Management and Communications on requirements / functionality
• Manage interactions and communication with stakeholders
• Ensure proper quality delivery and timely completion of milestones/deliverables
