Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Conduct detailed business and technical analysis for Fircosoft upgrade.
- Define and document functional specifications (FSD).
- Design and validate payment screening solutions.
- Develop and oversee test strategy and execution.
- Ensure completeness of test cases and traceability to requirements.
- Manage defect triage and resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Facilitate user and task analysis to ensure business needs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fircosoft, preferably including upgrades from v6.5 to newer versions.
- Must have experience in payment screening, especially with SWIFT/MT messages.
- Familiarity with other payment screening systems is a plus.
- Exposure to WUM (Watchlist Update Management) and SOC (Security Operations Center) processes.
- Proven techno-functional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in payment screening domain.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
