Responsibilities:
. Assist chefs with food preparation including cutting vegetables, meat, and seafood.
. Prepare ingredients and maintain prep areas according to established recipes and procedures.
. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
. Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies.
. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
Requirements:
. Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Good communication and teamwork skills.
. Food hygiene certificate preferred
