Full-Time Duty Manager

Job Description

1. Daily maintenance of in-store equipment and store security.

2. Manage daily operations of store staff, including attendance, service standards, recruitment, and training.

3. Oversee food safety and hygiene management of the water bar, as well as inventory and procurement of consumables.

4. Assist the store manager in meeting sales targets.

5. Handle any unexpected incidents that may arise.

Job Requirements

• Possess an enthusiastic sales attitude and flexible thinking.
• Demonstrate good work ethics, strong execution, a positive attitude, and team spirit.
• Proactive and customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering quality service.
• Familiarity with popular games and basic gaming terminology, with a passion for the esports industry, will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in store management (F&B or service industry) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.

Working Hours

. 5 or 6 full-time working days per week.

Shifts:

. Day Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

. Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
