The Role
We're hiring a full stack AI engineer with deep frontend experience (mobile + web) and solid backend capability. You should be comfortable shipping frontend features end-to-end, wiring them into backend systems, and integrating AI components into real product workflows. This is a hands-on startup role. You will build, ship, iterate.
What You'll Do
- Build and own frontend experiences across mobile and web (high priority)
- Develop backend APIs and services to support product features
- Integrate AI/LLM components into production systems
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Work closely with Product and Design to translate complex health logic into intuitive UI
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS
- Ship fast while maintaining clean, secure, scalable systems
What We're Looking For
- Strong frontend engineering skills (React / Next.js / React Native or similar)
- Experience building both web and mobile applications
- Solid backend experience (Node, Python or similar)
- Comfortable working with AWS
- Security engineering experience
- Experience integrating AI components (LLMs, APIs, AI workflows) into real products
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools effectively (Claude coding is a welcome addition)
- Prior startup experience you've built in ambiguity before
- Ability to operate independently at a strong mid-to-senior level
