We are looking for a self-starter AI Engineer/Full-Stack Developer to help us build, prototype, and evolve AI applications on our product platform.
This role is open to fresh graduates or early-career engineers, as long as you are technically grounded, curious, and hands-on. You will work closely with founders, product, and business teamsto turn ideas into working AI solutions.
You will be involved in:
- Rapid POCs
- Client demos
- Core product development
- Continuous iteration of AI agents and workflows
Key Responsibilities
AI Application Development
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures
- Develop and integrate chat, voice, and avatar-based AI agents
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using vibe coding and modern frameworks
Full-Stack Engineering
- Develop frontend interfaces for demos and products (PHP, React / Next.js or similar)
- Build backend APIs and services (Node.js / Python / FastAPI)
- Integrate databases, vector stores, and cloud services
- Connect AI services with real business systems (ATS, CRM, portals, dashboards)
POC, Demo & Product Support
- Build polished demos for sales, pilots, and enterprise POCs
- Support client-specific customisations and experiments
- Turn successful POCs into reusable product features
- Debug, improve performance, and enhance the reliability of AI systems
Platform & Engineering Collaboration
- Work with product and business teams to translate use cases into solutions
- Contribute to platform architecture, reusable components, and best practices
- Document learnings, patterns, and implementation approaches
Requirements
Must-Have
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with:
RAG (vector databases like Milvus, Pinecone, etc.)
Voice AI (TTS, STT, telephony APIs)
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Docker/ basic DevOps
- Side projects, hackathons, or shipped products (big plus)
