We are looking for a self-starter AI Engineer/Full-Stack Developer to help us build, prototype, and evolve AI applications on our product platform.

This role is open to fresh graduates or early-career engineers, as long as you are technically grounded, curious, and hands-on. You will work closely with founders, product, and business teamsto turn ideas into working AI solutions.

You will be involved in:

Rapid POCs
Client demos
Core product development
Continuous iteration of AI agents and workflows

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development

Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures
Develop and integrate chat, voice, and avatar-based AI agents
Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows
Rapidly prototype and iterate using vibe coding and modern frameworks

Full-Stack Engineering

Develop frontend interfaces for demos and products (PHP, React / Next.js or similar)
Build backend APIs and services (Node.js / Python / FastAPI)
Integrate databases, vector stores, and cloud services
Connect AI services with real business systems (ATS, CRM, portals, dashboards)

POC, Demo & Product Support

Build polished demos for sales, pilots, and enterprise POCs
Support client-specific customisations and experiments
Turn successful POCs into reusable product features
Debug, improve performance, and enhance the reliability of AI systems

Platform & Engineering Collaboration

Work with product and business teams to translate use cases into solutions
Contribute to platform architecture, reusable components, and best practices
Document learnings, patterns, and implementation approaches

Requirements

Must-Have

Strong fundamentals in software engineering (data structures, APIs, web apps)
Comfortable with full-stack development (frontend + backend)
Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Familiarity with:
JavaScript/ TypeScript or Python
REST APIs
Git and modern development workflows
Ability to learn fast, work independently, and take ownership
Curious, experimental mindset - enjoys building and breaking things

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience with:
RAG (vector databases like Milvus, Pinecone, etc.)
Voice AI (TTS, STT, telephony APIs)
LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Docker/ basic DevOps
Side projects, hackathons, or shipped products (big plus)
