Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfilment Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse team.
Core Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Processing
- Monitor incoming orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
- Prioritize shipments based on urgency, shipping methods, and cut-off times.
- Generate pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
2.Inventory Control
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock levels are maintained for high-demand items.
- Ensure accurate labelling and stock arrangement for easy retrieval.
3.Shipping & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with external couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, NinjaVan) for daily pickups.
- Prepare documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices and HS code declarations.
- Track outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
4.Quality Assurance
- Oversee the packing process to ensure items are secured properly to prevent transit damage.
- Verify that the correct items and quantities are being shipped (reducing mis-picks).
- Manage the returns process (Reverse Logistics), inspecting returned goods for restocking.
5. Team Supervision
- Assign daily tasks to warehouse assistants and packers.
- Ensure the team follows Safety and Health (SOP) protocol
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize efficiency.
6. Warehouse Maintenance & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Reportany damaged or faulty items promptly.
7. Other Duties:
- Assist withother warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment
- Proficiency in WMS/ERPsoftware (like NetSuite, SAP,or Odoo) and Excel.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations, HS codes, and courier portals.
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask underpressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to handle lifting, moving, and organizing stock.
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
