Job Description
. Perform duties in various sections of the company's operations
. Acquire knowledge of the company's outlet operation by rotating in each position
. Oversee stock management and coordinate supply orders
. Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management.
. Monitor and foster service quality and customer satisfaction
. Ensure outlet and equipment are in working condition
. Achieved sales target and KPIs given by the management
. Provide timely communications to internal and external stakeholders
. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements:
. Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to assign assignments at oversea branches.
