Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required
Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards
Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Process payments and handle basic cashiering duties
Requirements:
Positive attitude with good customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Prior F&B experience is an advantage
