Roles and responsibilities:
- Cashiering
- Handling and packing food items (such as drinks preparation and in/out pies from the oven)
- Clearing of dishes and utensils
- Dealing with day-to-day walk-in customers and reservations
- Upselling and promoting our brand and menu items
- Handling of phone orders and inquiries
- Other ad-hoc crew duties
Requirements
- Positive service mindset and dynamic attitude
- Comfortable in working in a pet-friendly environment
- Able to communicate and understand English
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays (Choice of 4 to 5 day work week available)
- No necessary prior experience is required
