Front of House Service Crew

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required

• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system

• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards

• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints politely

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Process payments and handle basic cashiering duties

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with good customer service skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Prior F&B experience is an advantage
