Front-end Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, and related technologies.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil) and ensure efficient data flow within applications.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code, and contribute to building a good engineering culture.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend trends, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 8 years of software development experience, with proven expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Good understanding of modern frontend architecture, component-based design, and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Experience with frontend build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web security best practices.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
