Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Architect fullstack systems with a focus on scalability and performance
- Design and review secure, reliable APIs
- Champion DevSecOps practices and secure coding throughout development
- Oversee CI/CD setup and ensure quality assurance integration
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and infrastructure engineers
- Ensure cloud best practices (AWS/Azure) are applied to deployments
- Deliver systems integrating with Singpass, Corppass, and public sector standards
- Support project planning, estimations, and risk management
Requirements
- 6-10 years in software development, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong fullstack development skills and API expertise
- Experience with secure coding and DevSecOps toolchains
- Skilled in AWS or Azure cloud environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience delivering government-facing systems is a plus
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
