Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the first friendly face to greet the employees and visitors
- Responsible for all concierge duties which includes attending to all incoming guests and internal employees requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Attending to incoming and outgoing couriers services and sorting of incoming mails and parcels
- Liaising with departments and ensure that stakeholders meetings are well hosted and executed in an orderly and timely manner
- Coordinating with relevant personnel to ensure meeting rooms are always neat and tidy
- Maintain overall office appearance as a normal practice
- Support Office and Facility Management when required
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE O Level and above
- Preferably with past related experience in the frontline with a positive attitude and with good telephone etiquette
- Multitasking skill is essential for this position
- Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
