Job Summary
You will provide welcoming and professional consultations to clients at a high-end beauty and well-being centre, manage appointment scheduling and client arrivals, support daily administrative tasks, and collaborate with sales and promotional activities to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver basic consultations to meet their needs in a high-end well-being centre
- Answer phone calls promptly and manage the appointment system to ensure smooth scheduling
- Coordinate client arrivals to optimize service flow and minimize wait times
- Perform daily administrative and front desk duties to support centre operations
- Maintain positive client relationships by providing attentive and professional service
- Collaborate with sales teams and participate in brand promotion activities to support business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Present a professional appearance and demonstrate a calm, pleasant temperament
- Communicate effectively in basic English and Chinese for everyday conversations
- Exhibit strong responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Show excellent service awareness and work collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in the beauty industry, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred
