Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Introduce the spa's services and offerings to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
  2. Answer phone calls politely, record call details accurately, and promptly update the manager on customer appointments.
  3. Handle bookings, manage payments diligently, perform daily reconciliation, and operate computer systems proficiently.
  4. Maintain a neat and professional front desk appearance and cleanliness to create a welcoming first impression.
  5. Manage staff attendance records, update accounts, and oversee product inventory.
  6. Demonstrate strong service awareness, communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, and coordinate effectively with colleagues.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience.
  2. Professional appearance, with appropriate dressing and a friendly, welcoming smile at all times.
  3. Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is required (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).
  4. Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (Malaysian).
  5. Female candidates preferred (due to operational requirements).
