What You'll Do
- Be the friendly point of contact for parents and students (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins).
- Share the scoop on our programmes, values, and what makes our swim academy special.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Help families sign up and get excited to start their swim journey!
- Keep things running smoothly with admin support - trial bookings, payments and registrations.
- Team up with us to grow enrolment and spread the word about our swim academy.
