Job Summary
Provide friendly, accurate front office service by greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out efficiently, assisting with enquiries, and maintaining cash accuracy to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests warmly to ensure smooth and timely check-in and check-out processes
- Deliver clear, accurate information about hotel room categories, rates, and services to support front office operations
- Respond proactively to guest enquiries and follow up promptly on guest requests to enhance their stay experience
- Manage and maintain an accurate cash float for front office transactions
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support hotel operations
