Job Description:
- Greet guests at the front desk
- Handle registration and billing transactions
- Arrange and organise consultation appointments including scheduling of appointments and calling patients to remind them of appointments
- Receiving of phone calls and replying of emails
- General administrative and housekeeping duties within the branch
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Specification:
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Full-time
- Locations: Island-wide available
