Freight Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding customer base, and promoting tailored freight forwarding solutions across air and seafreight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local andinternational clients.
• Promote and provide solutions sales for air and sea freight forwarding based on clients logistics and supply chain requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue.
• Conduct market research and develop potential leads through various sales and business development channels.
• Understand clients logistics needs and provide appropriate,cost-effective freight solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensuresmooth and efficient service delivery.
• Follow up with clients, manage sales activities, andmaintain accurate customer records.
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare quotations in linewith company policies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Familiarity with international air and sea freight markets and the logistics needs of local businesses.
• Strong client acquisition, sales, negotiation, andrelationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding processes andlogistics solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a strongcommercial mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively ina fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with additional languagesare an advantage.
