Job Description

Role: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Changi Business Park

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)

Budget: $4,000 - $5,000 + $100 (phone allowance) + $600 (fixed transport allowance) + Commission

Must have class 3 driving license (no need to have own car)
Able to do Sales hunter role with background in Air/sea/land freight OR doing container logistic
Individual contributor
Need to understand logistic incoterm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines and performance updates
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements:

Relevant academic qualification in Logistics, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales in logistics/freight forwarder industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships
Proficient in MS Words/Excel
Must possess a valid driver's license
