Freight Forwarding Sales Support Executive

JobDescription

• Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations and estimates for contract negotiations, supporting the negotiation process.
• Actively engage with the operations and other departments in defining and documenting standard operating procedures
• Develop relationships with customers and generate new business.
• Maintaining contacts with airlines, trade, industry and government bodies to keep abreast of information and economy/market development.
• Manage daily shipping co-ordination of shipments by air, sea (export/import/3rd party/local delivery)
• Maintain consistent communication with our client's Operations/Customer Service Departments and overseas offices.
• Compile Sales Reports for the Management
• Any other related duties/projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
  
  Requirements

• GCE A Level and above

  Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
