This role centers on editing engaging Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, with a strong emphasis on fast-paced storytelling, visual impact, and audience engagement. You will work closely with creative leads to deliver consistent, high-quality videos that align with provided references and direction. The position offers a steady workflow of 20–30 videos per month and the opportunity to develop a long-term partnership.
Deliverables
- Edit 15–60 second videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Apply fast-paced cuts, zooms, and dynamic sound/visual effects to enhance viewer engagement
- Add captions, subtitles, and motion graphics as required for each project
- Collaborate with creative leads to ensure videos meet style and quality expectations
- Deliver projects on tight deadlines while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on edits as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory) and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Demonstrated experience editing short-form social video content
- Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement
- Basic motion design skills and familiarity with social content performance metrics are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver consistently to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a distributed team
