Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Understand clients hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit
- Provide timely updates and excellent service to both clients and candidates
- Meet agreed targets and contribute to the company's overall success
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Ability to manage time effectively and work remotely
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals is an advantage
