Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals (e.g., ITE CareerNet, MyCareersFuture), networks, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines to match client needs, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with clients on strategy: identify prospects (e.g., semiconductor firms via SSIA, and other firms), pitch services, and close placements for commission-based pay.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment experience strong in Singapore labor market (immigration, EP/WP processes).
- Excellent communication for emails, calls, and follow-ups proficient in Excel for tracking.
Self-motivated freelancer comfortable with project-based work bonus for client development skills.
