Location: Singapore (Office-based)
Contract Duration: 1-2 months (with possibleextension based on performance and business needs)
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data input for accounting records, invoices, receipts, and ledgers into company systems (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in filing and organizing accounting documents digitally and physically.
- Support basic data sorting, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts team.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent basic accounting knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
- Reliable, able to commit to full-time hours for short-term contract.
- Singaporean/PR preferred (local candidates prioritized).
