  • Attend to user's calls, create work orders and workflow distribution and coordination.
  • Assisting and reporting to FRC Supervisor/ FRC team leader.
  • Monitoring of all FRC system and report status of any alarms /faults / trips.
  • Issuing / control of keys and ROFs.
  • Updating of events / information / data in records books.
  • Attend to emergencies / major incidences.
  • Notify and feedback users / personnel.
  • Able to work 12 hour 2 rotating shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum NTC in technical education.
  • Working experience in technical field preferably in the control room.
  • Preferably English proficient and has good communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
