A global consumer retail brand client is hiring for an experienced Regional Franchise Business Director (Head of Franchise) to lead its Emerging Asia markets, with India as one of the the key growth engines.

Based in Singapore, this is a high-visibility role with full P&L ownership, accountable for building market share through strategic franchise partnerships and flawless retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial P&L delivery for Emerging Asia (incl. India)

• Build and manage high-impact franchise partnerships, aligning on business plans, KPIs, and execution excellence

• Influence C-suite stakeholders in key franchise markets

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional commercial team

Key Requirements

• Proven commercial leadership experience in franchise business models for consumer retail lifestyle products

• Credibility and influence to establish trusted relationships with senior and diverse decision-makers

• Succinct communicator with measurable, results-backed achievements

• Fit for high frequency of market visits (more than 50%)

• Thrive in dynamic, performance-driven environment
