Responsibilities:
Franchise & Strategic Partner Acquisition
. Identify and onboard high-potential franchisees and strategic partners who align with Crystal Jade's brand ethos.
. Conduct thorough due diligence (financial, operational, cultural) to ensure partner suitability and long-term success.
. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and foster strong relationships throughout the acquisition process.
. Contract negotiating and deal structuring.
. Manage Intellectual Properties of the brand globally and developing sustainable strategies in terms of trademark, licensing and copyrights application.
Market Expansion & Localization
. Maintain continual communication & positive working relationship with franchise markets
. Lead end-to-end market entry strategies, from initial research to execution, ensuring seamless localization of menus, branding, and operations.
. Collaborate with Culinary & Operations to adapt offerings to local tastes, preferences, and regulatory requirements.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with regional audiences.
Development & Implementation of Franchise SOPs
. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure consistent adherence to Crystal Jade's standards.
. Provide ongoing support to franchisees to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
. Maintain franchisee resource of training aids & marketing materials
Data Analysis
. Work closely with Finance to ensure timely billings and collections from franchise markets
. Updating & maintenance of existing franchisee data and databases
. Reporting of sales data and analysis of P&L, product mix and compliance.
. Developing Franchise model, structure, fees and compliance per industry trends and updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Brand Marketing
. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Procurement) and franchisees to facilitate successful franchise rollouts.
. Develop go-to-market strategies that amplify brand visibility and establish a strong presence in new regions.
. Function as the primary liaison between franchisees, corporate leadership, and other key stakeholders.
Strategic Alignment
. Partner with the business leaders to align franchise initiatives with Crystal Jade's broader growth objectives and business models.
. Deliver regular performance updates, market insights, and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
. Support senior management on department's annual store expansion KPI and budget.
