Job Description

A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its Singapore operations. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical financial insights, drive performance management, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and modeling, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting investment planning.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the FP&A function, preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports for the Singapore market.
  • Conduct variance analysis, highlight trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop robust financial models for business cases, pricing strategies, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with HQ Corporate Finance, regional Finance, and GBS to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor and report operating free cash flow (FCF) and support transfer pricing submissions to meet targets.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members to enhance analytical capabilities and business acumen.
  • Contribute to regional and global finance projects as required.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
  • More than 7 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles, preferably within a multinational FMCG organization.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS O SAP FI/CO experience is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members is a plus.
