Job Description
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, andmonthend performance analysis to support strategic and operationaldecisionmaking.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to deliver financial insights, evaluate business performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and financial models to drive visibility and support scenario planning.
- Support management with analysis for pricing, cost initiatives, investments, and other strategic projects.
- Strengthen financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement in planning and analysis workflows.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, with relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within B2B sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
