As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for an FP&A Manager to be part of their fast-growing business.
Job Description
Reporting to the CFO's Office, you will be responsible for leading recurring FP&A cycles and delivering high-quality financial analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the Group
- Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business decisions
- Prepare clear, concise management reports for senior leadership and investors
Commercial Business Partnering
- Work closely with Business Unit leaders and Heads of Department to support financial planning
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve cost efficiency and financial outcomes
- Translate complex financial data into practical insights for non-financial stakeholders
Forecasting & Projections
- Lead revenue and cost forecasting, incorporating market and internal business drivers
- Evaluate the financial impact of changes in strategy or operating conditions
- Support long-term planning and performance tracking initiatives
Corporate Finance Support and M&A
- Support buy-side or sell-side transactions across the Group
- Assist with financial due diligence, valuation analysis and synergy assessments
- Contribute to transaction execution in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Reporting Framework & Process Improvement
- Strengthen and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable FP&A frameworks
- Leverage financial systems, data tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A
- Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Experience using technology or automation tools to improve analysis and reporting is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information precisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be highly beneficial
- Willingness to travel occasionally where required
