FP&A Manager

We are partnering with a FMCG manufactuer. As part of the group's growth strategy, the organisation is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their global Finance function based in Singapore

Responsibilities
You will take ownership of core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. This includes driving the annual planning cycle, developing rolling forecasts, and supporting strategic financial planning initiatives.

You will be responsible for analysing business performance, identifying key revenue and cost drivers, and providing actionable insights across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. The role requires a strong grasp of FP&A fundamentals, with the ability to assess forecasts, challenge assumptions, and evaluate business trends.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional finance teams to support decision-making, as well as contribute to business cases, investment analysis, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements
You are ideally a qualified Charatered Accountant with at least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates with strong credentials from Big 4 and commercial FP&A backgrounds are encouraged to apply. To excel in this role, you should be agile, proactive and highly driven.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, business partnering skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in engaging senior stakeholders.
