Football Coach Job Description

- Give tactical advise to the players on the match day.

- Identify the mistakes of players/team and offer solutions.

- Educate player(s) who are prone to unnecessary tackles that result in receiving caution (yellow/red card).

- Educate player(s) who need to be taught how to regain their confidence young players in particular.

- Impart technique and set-pieces.

- Prepare monthly team performance

- Display knowledge to enhance players physique, strengthen players playing time according to individual or group playing style.

- Prepare individual progressive player reports on every three months to be submitted to the management.

- Conduct individual/group video analysis.

- Provide expert coaching and instruction in the chosen sport(s), focusing on skill development, strategy, and game tactics.

- Organize and conduct practice sessions, drills, and workouts that align with the athletes needs and objectives.

- Male or female coaches will be considered.

To be a successful football coach, you must have a strong passion for the game and be able to nurture good sportsmanship in your players. Candidates who thrive are highly motivated, committed, disciplined, and patient.
