Job Description:
At Tasek Academy and Social Services, we believe in utilising sports as a means of holistic development of children and youth in our community. As a Tasek Sailors football coach, you will be key to our efforts in instilling positive values and life skills through the beautiful game of football.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the training and development of an assigned team (Girls: U14 / U17 / Open | Boys: U15 / U16 / U17 / U19).
- Plan and deliver structured coaching sessions aligned with the team's development stage, focusing on physical, technical, tactical, and psychological growth.
- Conduct training sessions at either the East or West Centre, depending on team allocation and programme needs.
- Identify and nurture individual player potential through progressive training methods and personalised feedback.
- Mentor and support players in their personal development, promoting discipline, resilience, and character both on and off the field.
- Collaborate closely with other coaches and staff to ensure alignment with Tasek Sailors overall football philosophy and developmental objectives.
- Prepare the team for competitions through match preparation, performance analysis, and constructive post-match reviews.
- Maintain administrative standards, including attendance records, player assessments, and match reports in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in coaches meetings, training reviews, and professional development initiatives.
