Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.15 pm)
SALARY: Up to 4K + AWS +VB
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead product development from concept to launch
- Improve existing products, ingredients, and processes
- Manage and deliver projects on time
- Conduct trials, commercial runs, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product teams and manage pilot plant activities
- Ensure compliance with food regulations
- Help transition documentation to a paperless system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Degree in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related
- Min. 2-3 years in Food & Beverage industry, preferably in Beverage R&D
- Hands-on pilot plant experience is a plus
- Strong project management and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
