Food Technologist - 5 DAYS OFFICE HOURS #HKF

Job Description & Requirements

Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.15 pm)

SALARY: Up to 4K + AWS +VB

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead product development from concept to launch
• Improve existing products, ingredients, and processes
• Manage and deliver projects on time
• Conduct trials, commercial runs, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with product teams and manage pilot plant activities
• Ensure compliance with food regulations
• Help transition documentation to a paperless system

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Degree in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related
• Min. 2-3 years in Food & Beverage industry, preferably in Beverage R&D
• Hands-on pilot plant experience is a plus
• Strong project management and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive
