Responsibilities
. Familiarizes with all food and beverage items in the menu, its ingredients, method of preparation, portion size and presentation to be able to deliver ideal service maximizing guest satisfaction.
. Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly and confirming guest satisfaction
. Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service, pre-bussing, etc.
. Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
. Communicate respectfully with chefs (and kitchen team) as necessary
. Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
. Engage management for any guest issue or complaint promptly
. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
. Stocking and preparing service related items
. Ensures the restaurant, equipment and interiors are always maintained in
a thoroughly clean and fully operational manner.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak English well
- Experience preferred
- Willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
