Food Production Operator

About the role

We're expanding our production team and looking for committed, detail-oriented individuals to join us at our central kitchen in Jurong. If you take pride in working with your hands and being part of a team that delivers quality, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the preparation, portioning, and packing of pastries, cookies, and other baked goods
• Operate basic kitchen equipment (training provided)
• Ensure products are packed accurately, labelled correctly, and stored properly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
• Support team in daily kitchen operations and stock movement
• Help with festive gift packing and bulk orders (during peak seasons)

What we're looking for

• No prior experience required - training will be provided
• Able to stand for extended hours and handle basic lifting
• Positive working attitude and good team spirit
• Punctual, responsible, and takes initiative
• Comfortable working in a food production/kitchen environment
