Food Outlet Manager

Job Responsible:

1. Manage sales of food and handle cashier duties

2. Ensure product quality and customer service standards

3. Responsible for allocated stall outlet operational needs

4. Opening &/or Closing of Food Outlet

5. Simple preparation of food ingredients in a hygienic manner

6. Support the staff in the display presentation and garnishing of ice cream

7. Liaise orders with suppliers and check for the consistent quality of purchased goods,

8. Perform general housekeeping, including maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage, utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen and storefront

9. Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures

10. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

11. Prepare reports and achieve sales targets

12. Lead store meetings and training sessions

13. Staff scheduling, shift management, and team leadership

14. Monitor inventory levels, and manage suppliers
