As a Food Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a food outlet, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and overall operational efficiency. You will manage a team of staff, maintain budgets, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive sales growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operations Management:
- Oversee all daily operations of the food outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Ensure proper stock management, including ordering and maintaining inventory levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.
2.Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
3.Customer Service:
- Ensure that guests receive excellent customer service throughout their experience.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
4.Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the outlet's budget, ensuring profitability.
- Monitor sales and expenses and work to reduce costs without compromising quality.

5.Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and Singapore laws.
- Implement regular checks to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Conduct staff training on food hygiene, safety protocols, and customer service.
6.Marketing & Promotions:
- Coordinate marketing efforts to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Develop and implement promotions, events, or special offers to engage customers.
- Work with local partners or community organizations for collaborative initiatives.
7.Inventory & Supplier Management:
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items.
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stock shortages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in food service or hospitality management, preferably in a similar outlet or restaurant.
