Applicant need to oversees daily production operation to ensure products are made safely, and incompliance with SFA regulations (HACCP). Able to lead production staff, manage workflow, enforce hygience standards and co-ordinate with QA maintenance, processing, preparation and packaging to meet quality and quantity targets.
