Applicant must have a positive attitude, passion for the company, responsible and honest person. Applicant must oversees daily production operations to ensure products are made safely, and in compliance with SFA regulations (HACCP), lead production staff, manage workflow, enforce hygiene standards , and coordinate with QA maintenance, and warehouse team to meet targets while minimizing waste, supervise daily food manufacturing, including processing, preparation and packaging to meet quality and quantity targets.
Applicant also need to manage, schedules and train production staff, monitor raw materials usage, maintain records on production output and staff attendance.
