Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food production operations, manpower planning, and line coordination to meet output and delivery targets.
Ensure all production activities (preparation, processing, packing, labeling) follow SOPs and food safety requirements.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and quality controls maintain records such as temperature/time logs and cleaning schedules.
Implement and comply with HACCP / GMP / ISO 22000 standards (where applicable) and support audits/inspections.
Maintain production, quality, traceability, wastage and deviation records accurately.
Conduct equipment checks and coordinate maintenance/repair when required.
Train new and existing staff on food hygiene, SOPs, and workplace safety drive 5S and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues (material shortage, quality defects, machine downtime) and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Warehouse/QC/Procurement/Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
