Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food production operations, manpower planning, and line coordination to meet output and delivery targets.

  • Ensure all production activities (preparation, processing, packing, labeling) follow SOPs and food safety requirements.

  • Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and quality controls maintain records such as temperature/time logs and cleaning schedules.

  • Implement and comply with HACCP / GMP / ISO 22000 standards (where applicable) and support audits/inspections.

  • Maintain production, quality, traceability, wastage and deviation records accurately.

  • Conduct equipment checks and coordinate maintenance/repair when required.

  • Train new and existing staff on food hygiene, SOPs, and workplace safety drive 5S and continuous improvement.

  • Troubleshoot production issues (material shortage, quality defects, machine downtime) and implement corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with Warehouse/QC/Procurement/Logistics to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
